Slipped on a wet floor and foot injured.
My mother is 60 years old. yesterday she sliped on a wet floor and her left foot injured. we r at a place where we cant access a doctor. k gave her pain killer and iced her foot. later i applied some pain killer spray and she started feeling better and started walking too. but today morning when woke up her foot was stiffed and swallow as well. and she cannt move an inch due pain. what shud i do.. please help

Limb elevation, ice packs, xrays. Paracetamol.
