My father has suffering knee joint problem for long days. We were counciling some doctors in Bangladesh. They suggest my father some medicine and synvisc one injection. We take medecine but didn't take injection. Would you please suggest me what can I do for my father?

I have tingling sensation in legs and hands.when i sit down and fold my legs or while sleeping my hands goes beyond my head. I have these sensations .it almost 5 years this is happening.
