Bone & Muscle problems

Meet accident , since last 4 day I m on bed I can't put my load to my legs and having lots of pain. Black spot are also coming .

While walking I feel no pain in knee joint. But a cracking sound occurs in the knee during walking . Moreover if I walk fast I feel out of balance and tends to fall down.

I have been suffering from knee pain on my left leg.since my job is standing job so due to pain I can't stand for long time,whenever I stretch my leg it cracks a sound

I am having pain in my left hand near the veins due to which sometimes my hand will become numb.Its been almost 1 week still I am suffering the pain.

I have pain in my upper side left hip from past one year which caused by doing an excercise at the gym..I am not doing any gym since then but the pain doesn't go away..It hurts most at the time of sitting on a car seat or on the ground with cross legs..while I feel no pain on standing..pls suggest..??

What's the treatment for vit d deficiency which is 8 . wts r the food rich in vit d and wt is the correct time for sunlight to absorb vit d

Hi...my husband was diagnosed with itp about a month back where his platelet count was as low as 1000. There was no symptoms at all just a single red blister on lips. After that he was admitted and was under steroids treatment. Pre diagnosed he was on diet for weight loss although diet was quite normal and routine, we have a doubt is it any ways responsible for itp. Also he has been loosing weight since hospitalisation he has lost around 10 kg ( maximum visible reduction on lower body it's drastic reduction )and we have heard that due to steroid you tend to increase weight. So we are worried what could be the reason for weight loss and how diet is playing role in ITP. No other issue so far except leg pain after steroid. please help us understanding the issue.

I've recently developed a large dimple like hole in my upper butt cheek. Except its not a dimple cause it's bigger. Its as if all the muscle is gone. Plus it only on one side and its up high by my hip.

Sir I have been problem with my left hand three finger totally cut in machine so please suggest me thear are possible ya not possible for surgery on my left hand

Yesterday night at once my lower back/waist started paining a lot. I sprayed moov spray on it but it didn't work much. I was unable to sleep sideways the whole night. In the morning also, the pain was of high intensity. Earlier also, i have had such back pain sometimes but that was not of so much intensity. Please suggest me what to do? I work in a software company and i regularly sit on chair for nearly 6-7 hours.
