Bone & Muscle problems

Since last Sunday there is pain in the mid of knuckle portion of my left hand index and middle finger. Unable to move the index finger and there is inflammation too. Have done an x-ray but the report is normal.

(a)There is point at just below hip in right leg where I feel pain and (b) a minor but constant vibrating sensatation in feet near ankle area. (a) and (b) don't happen simultaneously in general but one of them is felt constantly . I have been feeling this for last two months started with a sudden pain as mentioned in (a) while coming out of car. Orthopedic Doctor advised for some exercise. I did it for a month but no major change. Please suggest the treatment and right exercise.

I accidentally hit my hand on the table edge. I had swelling on my hand for two days and was having problems moving my little finger. But after a week or so the pain reduced to negligible. However whenever I use a lot of force I feel sharp pain in my hand. Will that pain go overtime or do i need to fix an appointment with a doctor ?

I suffered with back pain,buttocks pain,legs pain,knee pains.I think I have suffered with above problems due to the lack of calcium deficiency. So kindly help me which medicine I have to buy Or can I go to hospital for check up kindly guide mr

I fell a couple of weeks ago and had similar bruising and pain. It hurt to walk and move my leg. I felt I had maybe done something to the tendons. My skin was also numb to touch where the bruising was. The bruising then started to spread down my leg and onto side of foot and had bad swelling. I went to doctors and he had a quick look and told me I was fine. I fell again on Tuesday and done the same thing. The bruising is coming out down the outside of my calf and the front of my shin, it hurts to walk and move my leg and it's still numb to touch. That part has not went away. Should I be concerned about the numbness?

I used to do gym and last Saturday i did thigh exercise. It was good but the next day when i went to play cricket my left knee starts paining though it was light. Then on next day when i bend my knees or sits in frog position the inner portion of d same knee(crescent type maybe meniscus or any ligament) started unbearable pain off a sudden and when i stood up, walked to relax that pain some pop up sound came and continues for a while until i walked. I havn't applied any oinment but this happens for next 2-3 days and den went off yesterday. So should i consult any doctor or just apply Volini gel nd continue gym.

It's been 2 months now that I'm experiencing short episodes of pain in my left hand. Nature of pain is it is internal not effected by anything external and as if my muscles are strained. Haven't had any injuries. The pain starts at the elbow and spreads till shoulder and wrist. Lasts for several mins and goes off all by itself.

Can't move knee joint freely. Feelings pain in opening n closing knee.occur in a morning and gradually increasing.
