Bone & Muscle problems

My acl is tear in long jumping ......i am not playing very well in the fied of physical activity....i am very upset

My son 7 year old complaining about pain in left foot. He is able to walk, roam around but when we touch to his foot inner wall he is getting pain. A muscle seems to be twisted. We believe he has twisted his foot while playing.

I've had shoulder impingement since two months now. I discovered during my back workout and from then I haven't recovered yet. I had myself diagnosed by a physiotherapist, she also suggested some exercises but that hasn't worked out for me. Every time I lift my hand there is a twitch. Also I can't get back to my regular workout. Please suggest me a remedy.

Dear sir/ma'am Myself santosh, process engineer in a reputed company with 70% work load on an average. I got my ACL torn two years ago. No surgery was done. I fell down twice till now due to the same. I'm managing my work and regular activities quite well. I'm afraid whether my situation might get worse due to this injury. I would like to know whether surgery is recommended or not. Please let me know your valuable opinion. Thanks and Regards.

I have an injury I acquired a couple years ago. I used to play rugby and on one training night my friend fell on the back of my arm. The impact dented my humerus head 4mm deep on the front and it also popped my clavicle out. Today I only struggle with the dent on my humerus head as when I extend my arm out it becomes tingly and gets gradually more painful. I have aspirations to join the military and I'm concerned that I won't get in medically.

I have Sharp pain under my left breast .. First time I encounter this feelings.. It's already 6 days but still little painful..

I have pain in knees and it seems that my bones are little weak or some times it feels like i have low bone density. i am taking medicine for sinusitis for long time. i find myself unable to run long and done some exercises. i had already taken vitamin D and calcium supliments. for a month. but coud see no difference

Since last Sunday there is pain in the mid of knuckle portion of my left hand index and middle finger. Unable to move the index finger and there is inflammation too. Have done an x-ray but the report is normal.

(a)There is point at just below hip in right leg where I feel pain and (b) a minor but constant vibrating sensatation in feet near ankle area. (a) and (b) don't happen simultaneously in general but one of them is felt constantly . I have been feeling this for last two months started with a sudden pain as mentioned in (a) while coming out of car. Orthopedic Doctor advised for some exercise. I did it for a month but no major change. Please suggest the treatment and right exercise.
