Bone & Muscle problems

Hi my mom 56 years old is suffering from left leg pain from knee to toe.Finding difficulty in walking and her weight is 98 kg which has increased from 88 kg

I am having shoulder (hand) muscles pain last 2 months, it is very severe while liedown n night. Sometimes spread in till fingers n neck nerves.

Sir I have a back pain. My MRI report is D10 and D11 bone infected. Doctor says spondylodiscitis probable tuberculosis. Doctor says my biopsy 4 test was done One test result after 2 month but other 3 of has negative result. Doctor suggest me to medicine of tuberculosis in firstly 2 months. then after 2 month he call me again. Doctor test my blood before biopsy the result of this test hiv-Negative, Hcv - Negative, Hbv - Negative. Sir pl tell me any chance of Hiv for me. Sir I am very stressed

I have extreme pain in my lower back.And having numbness in my left leg.Done MRI of spine Doctors suggested the surgery because vain is completely blocked .suggest me solution

I was doing squats, with the total weight of 135. After I did one squat, I had super sharp in my lower back, and can barely bend down to touch my toes. After two weeks, the pain subside but when I sit for 45 minutes or more I have a pain that originate from my right lower back and go down to my right leg. I have tried taking muscle relaxers and pain med. in addition I've been doing stretches and foam rolling, but I still have pain in my lower back when bending to get something off the floor and the pain that would go down to my right leg. Please help me find what's wrong with my back/ back muscle. I really want to lift weights again.

My dad is suffering from back and right leg pain,he is unable to walk properly and has been recommended to apply hot packs to reduce pain. There seems to be a nerve problem. He is also unable to bend his feet(fingers)

From yesterday he is having severe pain in his left arm. He used ice packs for pain relief. Also he took myospaz yesterday. He is not feeling comfortable and not able to walk because when he walk he feels severe pain. Pls advice.

Under hip , right leg by mistake in afunction hall a carpet came up across by a 59 year old lady...she is not even able to get up and before she has seviere knee Pain now KRISHNA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE,secunderabad near paradise restaurant ...doctors resulted in an x ray that her bone has fractured ...doctors are consulting to do an operation ...

I am asking this for my brother in law he recently diagnosed with acute right knee synovitis with chondral flap tear & raised inflammatory markers & very low vit D His test shows following details: CRP 45 with ESR 31 & raised asotire indicating acute inflammation possibly as a result of strep infection in the blood 2: synovitis on the MRI scan with a significant chondral flap tear at the back of the knee cap (patella chondral flap tear) there is no meniscal tear 3: severely low vit D which is undetectable The treatment they have started is: Continue with ice compression & anti inflammatory to deduce right knee swelling & has given 300,000 units of vit D IM for vit D deficiency . The doctor is saying that there is an acute inflammation that is not settling ( the aspirate shows significant white cells three plus) but no sign of organism. If this doesn't improve he will require an arthroscopic debridement, synovial biopsy, & chondral flap shaving . Please give me your opinion

Whenever I try to lift my left arm ...it pains in the above elbow region...the pain has been there for almost a month now and appears to be muscular.
