Collarbone related.
I am having swelling over my right collar bone since I fell down while riding bike and there is immense pain in shoulder movement.Though backwards movement of shoulder isn't causing any trouble.There is cracking sound every now and then at the collar bone while I try to move my shoulder.Kindly advise.

Xray not clear enough to read , you can take tab crocin and apply ice, if you don't improve in next few days, visit orthopaedic surgeon
