Terrible pain under both feet
After delivering my first child,in February this year, I've been experiencing pain in my left heel and the soft part above the heel. Recently, the same pain has affected the right foot. If I'm lying down or sitting for a while and then stand, I'm unable to put pressure on both heels.

It could be due to multiple reasons..if the pain goes away after little bit of activities it could be plantar fasciitis.. if it's increasing it could be Achilles tendinitis
