  4. Wrist pain n swelling. Or lift my hand.

Wrist pain n swelling
Pain and swelling of right hand near wrist bone  for past couple of weeks. Consulted chiropractor n had 2 sittings of massage n ace rap. Pain got worse n unable to turn or lift my  hand.

Avoid massage,  do contrast bath, one minute in cold water and 1 minute hot water for 10 times twice a day
