Felll in bathroom and back is hurting
Fell in bathroom and back is paining. Can move sit and walk but back hurts and becomes stiff. What should I do?

When did this happen? Apply ice and try to keep changing position every few minutes You might have hurt soft tissues and it will heal over few days. Check if there is any bluish black discolouration Ice would help too
