I have been facing back pain for 1+ year but recently I fell from the stair and from that the pain are more frequent I am not able to sit for long hours and if I do some work related to go down for some time it stars paining again first I thought it's because I am not taking milk for 1.2 years because I do not have any problem regarding this but when I come to gurgoan for job I face this problem I have also started to drink haldi milk and do some yoga for back pain what to do please tell me
