I had my both bone forearm fracture 3 years ago and one plate was removed after a year but one rod is still there in my forearm so now I want to remove it is it possible after 3 years. I'm not comfortable with it. It causes pain during rainy and winter season plz help

The rod should have been removed at the time of plate removal. Don't know why it's not done. It can be removed now. Pain during rainy and winter season is not because of rod.
Next Steps
Get X-rays done and consult an orthopedist. It's better to remove as early as possible once fracture unites. Becomes difficult to remove as days goes on.
