  4. Pain in neck and headache. Treatment.

Pain in neck and headache
My daughter in 12th is suffering frequent pain in neck and headache then. She continuously sit in coaching for about 5 hour and in home too she study for about 5 hr in day and 4 hrs in night continuously. Please advise the line of action for treatment.
