Dr one year back I stopped playing badminton because of my knee pain I thought it's​ because of badminton then I consulted a physiotherapist he suggested me physiotherapy and I took that therapy for 3 months nothing worked and then I consulted an orthopaedic he diganosed and said vitamin d deficiency I took medicines for 4 months nothing worked

I'm 16 yr old male and I took a pretty hard hit Wednesday during a football scrimmage. I don't know what is wrong with my chest. But I can't even take in a full breath. Like it sends pain through my upper back and spine and my front chest.

I took an allergy pill sunday morning on an empty stomach and didnt eat for around 3-4 hours after i took it. In the mean time i started getting sharp back pains that made it hurt to pretty much move at all. I couldnt rotate at the hips, bend over, pick things up, or hardly breathe until i sat down. Im not sure if the two are related or not.

I've been having severe knee pain resurfacing while playing football in every couple of months. Finally got my MRI done and the report says: 1. partial tear involving anterior cruciate ligament 2. linear tear involving posterior horn of medial meniscus Please advice if this need surgery or can be treated through physiotherapy?

Hello I recently met with an accident and did an MRI scan and the report said the ACL ligament has completely been teared off. My question is, is it really urgent to go for an operation(I'm still 21)? Can I wear knee immobilisers/ knee braces and get 3 to 4 week bed rest, will it heal in anyway? Please let me know Thanks

I am suffering from muscle pain in both arms since 5 months what could be the cause for this? Is water quality a factor for these pains?
