At random days my right knee hurts like hell. It doesn't happen everyday so I can't even consult a doctor. This only happen when I sit.

I'm worried about my height
I'm a 20 year old male and my height is 166.7 cm (self measured) , I have seen an x-ray of my foot ankle and my growth plate (epiphyseal plate) there looks fused. I want to know if there is any scope for further height gain and whether all growth plates in our body fuse around the same time .
