Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, I am 26years old IT professional. From last few weeks I am suffering with frequent middle back pain, concentrated at one single point. Some time I get back pain after having mean as well. Is this something to do with long sitting hours or is it a symptom of much bigger problem. Appreciate your help.

My wife had a mouch in her right ankle and done a X Ray and consulted a Doctor in Government Hospital in Emergency around 10 days back but it is not healing. The injury is more than 3 weeks and since then wearing ankle belt as was also told by the Government doctor. As for pain she's is taking Zerodol P on regularly once at least

I have bow legs. My mother and elder sister have bow legs too and they are facing problems in their knees. My mother cant even walk straight. Which doctor shall I meet for preventive  treatment in  Faridabad

I GOT MINOR FRACTURE IN WRIST 6 MONTH BEFORE , I WENT TO KAMAL BACHANI IN MALVIYA NAGAR FOR ONE MONTH ,I REGULARLY VISITED HIM. AFTER THAT I STARTED NORMAL EXERCISE AND ALL. AFTER THAT 3 MONTH LATER I VISITED PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTER . THERAPIST DONE 15 DAY CORSE ON IT TO REMOVE MY LIGHT PAIN. AFTER THIS CORSE I HAVE NOW REGULAR LIGHT PAIN IN MY WRIST

I get dizzy for a second on lying down on bed and while waking up,turning right or left side on lying position.Sometimes feel off balance while walking.Also have neck pain.

I have disc problem. It is okey now. Now the severe pain in the right leg in the morning as soon as wake up. The pain reduce gradually after wards.

Back pain.. I need to contact once to any of the orthopedician. Please, suggest any information of doctors

My mom has a knee pain , it swells and that swelling is inconsistent. Some doctors have told us it happens because of the gap between a joints. She can't sit and up quickly, so whenever she tries to sit and up it pains a lot. So please suggest a therapy or we are ready to come to visit you.

As now-a-days we lack many nutrients in our regular diets and i being a vegetarian need added supplements. kindly, suggest some vitamin and calcium medications for regular intake
