ACL TEAR of right knee

My ACL of right knee was tear in bike accident I done surgery for that before 1 year but now . before 1 month my leg was twist and after that I took a MRI OF the same knee which was operated before. I am attaching this report hear please tell me that there is need of revision surgery or not?

Hit face against the door

I hit myself against a closed door at a good speed. Hurt myself in my forehead and upper jaw. My lips had swollen. I used an ice pack over it and forehead. It was better. It is 2 days since it happened, today I feel a slight burning feeling in my head above my eyes and the pain in forehead is there when I touch it. Should I be alarmed ?
