I'm 21 years male, i'm having back pain past 2 months. I couldn't sit well, I couldn't sleep well. When I sleep I'm feeling some pain in upper back, normal time I feel pain in the lower back.

Pain in wrist , palm
Recently I tried to force a thick bangle through my hand and since then my right hand( inside of palm ) is hurting. It only hurts while trying to lift something, closing doors , opening lid of a bottle. Doesn't hurt while typing,.the pain comes like a severe jolt which subsides in a while. What could be the reason and remedy for the same?

Broken scaphoid
Hi :) I've had surgery on my scaphoid to repair a non union fracture. I've had a bone graft (from the hip) held in place with wire. I'm now in a cast where all my fingers are free and some of my thumb is. Obviously I'm not lifting anything with the healing arm. I'd just like to ask how much movement is advisable with the thumb? Thanks :)

Left leg knee has severe paining .. when I'm
Walking or running .. no pain at all .. but when sit in squat position and getting ( kinda Indian toilet sitting ) up .. it pains like anything for a second .. when it's stretching back to straight !
