Pain in left side of lumbar,both arms ,neck,shooting pain in left leg, high B-P,Food choking, pulse gets high if i over works as well pain in both arms,neck and back increases same time.

I want to know if my ankle is good enough to play on or not. It hurts me when pressure is applied and hurts when I run for a long time. I play soccer. Hi, I was diagnosed with a pars fracture a year ago. Recently i am having extreme pain while sitting in office or in buses. I need to do an x-ray. Can you please suggest whether i need bed rest or it is fine. Can I ignore it and hope it will get better by itself.
