Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday met with accident, now wrist swallen and pain and cant move wrist. may be bone fracture...

WHAT should be vit d ideal level after recording level 3 but now 42 after 1.7 yrs, still hve calf muscles pain knee weakness slight improvement but should I continue VIt d for some other level ???

Had experienced pain after lifting some heavy boxes while packing for posting to Mhow. Pain while lifting left hand beyond shoulder height since then. Pain now excruciating down to forearm now. Even neck muscles on the left side stiff. Got some physiotherapy done with some pain killers. But pain still persists. Gives a burning kind of sensation.

I am 48 yrs female having tennis elbow since 4 months. Took pain killers for 10 days. Then took physio for 20 days. I am now doing exercise , cold pack daily, using elbow band and very careful while doing work . But still I am having pain . I don't want to take any injection as I m allergic. How can I get relief from this problem? Pl help me

While moving right leg and while sitting, there is a pain in lower back may be due to muscle stretch. Basically the pain is in the mid of the right hip and it is moving in right or left direction.
