Having Pain in lower back from 1 day. Started on Thursday night. Took Flexon MR...got some relief but not completely fine...

I have been having severe pain in my elbow for the past 2 days and has been hampering with my everyday activities. what could it be and how to ease the pain.

I had a sprain while sitting in a wrong posture yesterday and now I am not able to stand straight or even sleep, should I directly go to a physio ?

Sir I have a completely swelled up left foot with so much of pain on it. Right knee swelled up and sever pain. My lower back pain is killing me. I can't stand, walk or sit.
