Seems like being affected by vehicle pollution for about 5 years coughing a lot itching usually worse first thing in the morning when i wake up.

When I close my mouth there's a wrikle in my chin and Im having a hard time to close my mouth. I can see that there is muscle and a lot of small holes. I have braces because of open bite when I was 15. I searched that botox is the treatment to remove chin dimpling but im too young for that. What should I do?

Hello doc,          I have a neck stiffness and sholder radiating pain for 6 weeks. Now it has reduced to 80%. I have taken tabs, physio. its been 2 weeks now, slight arm pain is there and it slightly agrivates at night. i am doing slight muscle strengthening exercise as well pls suggest.

Left joint ball of hip is getting dissolved. I've been now suggested to get MRI done and this can only be cured after transplant of the required body part with steel part. I need help from orthopedics in South Mumbai area nearby Grant Road.

Was hit by a motorcycle a week ago. Wasn't that badly injured. Only swelling near knee region and back portion of thigh because of the impact. Have been applying volini and using crepe bandage. Can walk easily but sometimes pain occurs. Still swelling has not subsided. And I don't feel it's a fracture so haven't been to the doctor yet
