Chronic neck pain from 9 months. MRI reveals nothing except early dessication. Can collagen type 2 supplement help? If yes then how can i buy a good collagen type 2 supplement since its not feasible for me to cook bone broth at home.

Hi I have been diagnosed with c5,6 cervical disc prolapse due to which pain is radiating on my right arm. Need to understand whether rest for 6 weeks is better or immediate medication with physiotherapy is advisable.
