Bone & Muscle problems

Having back stiffness n pain at a particular area in the back...i wake up with a sore back each morning and little exertion makes it worse

I'm having pains in my both heels. Sometimes it get reduced or someday it's severity reaches high. Pain get worsen in morning just after I wake up. Plus suggest if it because of footwear or anything else.. Thanks!

Continuous pain in the body as well as in the joints sometimes its more painfull while sleeping .

I have been having knee pain from last 3 week around knee cap feel more when i do walk and bend/streach ie more on right leg , have given icepack treatment,and applied spray , but those r not helping to reduce pain, My background : i have been walking/jogging from last 1.5 years up to 5 to 8 km every day and doing yoga from last 3 month every day

There is a sudden pain started in upper leg joiint of leg. It used to be for sometime few days back and it used to go on its own but from yesterday night its paining likr hell n not able to make movements . If i am aneezing also its painong there . What can be this? If consultation requiref whom should i consult ?
