Accident happening 22sep17 right leg but not fracture only damage mussels n nuss and still many check up with bone, but not successful.currently only 80% fold and when trying 100% then got high pain.

Both the bones left hand and shoulder are having friction and paining a lot. I am a diabetic person The pain is aggravating day by day Had consulted a doc before Had an X-ray and few medication, no response. Also did go for Physio with USG massage for 10 days on shoulder. Can this be treated?
