Suffering from reccuring gluteus medius spasm.it occurs whenever I play or work out.how to relieve it so that must not happen again

There is little bit of swelling in the ankle near the bottom side of the left leg .it is a bit painful while walking .

Pain between index and middle finger of the right hand. Flares up when the index finger moves from side to side

Aunty facing lower back pain and legs pain.. Unable to walk properly now.. From 2 month. We consulte local doctor and did MRI and X RAY.. He said sugary must in 15 days.. So is surgery safe foe women and any side effects ? And any anternatives are there.. Plz help me sir

I cant sit properly my vertebrae is not in good shape physically i look well being bjt only sitting problems

Now acute unbearable pain in left thigh in front side muscles from 5 days. 5. Doctor says blood circulation is not proper (after massage with an Ayurvedic oil it's better now) 6. One doctor says its hernia (not visible) 7. One doctor says its sciatica. 8. One doctor says it's a nerve problem 9. When I go to toilet after feeling full pressure stool doesn't come out, not even when its soft. Qus: which specialist doctor should I consult? What type of tests I should prefer?

Pain in shoulder rotation for about a month. Relieved when I apply ice pack. As soon as I start hitting Gym, it catches again. Now, it pains on shoulder rotation, triceps and hand movement.

I have noticed that my baby has a very slight twist inward in right leg ..I got completely nervous don't know wat to do ...wen I keep him in upright position he stand put his weight on his legs his left leg looks completely normal but he twist his ryt leg and put his weight on side of d feet...what should I do...may b it was just his habbit as he doesn't know how to stand but I am very scared pls help m sending u pics pls pls help
