I want to take whey protein and creatin in how many month i can leave this after good effcts. and how much quantitiy i need daily. my height is 5.3 and weight is 50 plz suggest quantity time period and leaving period of these supplements.

Hi, I am a fresher in jujitsu and recently, due to some sparring I am experiencing pain in my lower left part of the rib. It's not hurting while breathing but hurts when I sneeze ,or cough. Kindly suggest what can I do right now, I have applied frozen peas on it and the pain has lessened but it's still there. Regards, Amit

Hi I am suffering from leg pelvic joint pain from a month. Pain increases if I sit ideal or sleep. Usually the pain is switching between leg and right leg joints. I am limping now and not able to run anymore. I thought the pain will go away by applying VOELTRA but it has not. Some people are suggesting rest and physiotherapy What should I do? Kiran Rajgopal

Dear sir I am suffering pain in my right wrist bone and muscles from last 3 weeks. I was driving with my bike suddenly car come from front and had accident.

Before 5 month my daughter had a fracture in hip bone and had a pus collection.but now her MRI and Endoscopy reports are normal but she feel pain while walking.Doctors suggesting me to do biopsy.so what should I do.if your suggestion is to do biopsy how much it costs in privet hospital.

Swollen part in leg just 4 inches down from knee.Doctor told me that this is a severe infection.My husband hv fever yesterday and severe pain but after taking medicine fever gone but pain is still.littlebt difference.I want to consult now.Please help me.What should I do now.Doctor says oeration needed if anything worse happen

My mother is already a Rheumatic Arthritis patient. And now a days daily morning while getting up from bed she used to get pain in her left hand joint bone. Couldn't get the reason for it. Even we increased the AC temperature to 26, that couldn't help her. Am resided at Madambakkam, Tambaram East. Please some one suggest a new RA doctor near me. Am new to Chennai.

I have been suffering from severe lower back pain for 4.5 years. i am not even able to bow and my spine can not be bent. and my spine has bent toward right side. the pain is remaining constant. please help me. i dont have enough money to go for a good doctor. so suggest me what should i do to kill my back pain.

H/o muscle pain in rt.lower lumbar region n left hip region since 3years. i was dignosed with muscle instability by physitherapist in ramaihia hospital banglore where i myslf has worked as a doctor.i was asked to perform few exercises 1st to make my muscles relaxed n later fr strengthening of my muscles.

MR findings are suggestive of mild degenerative changes in the dorsaolumber spine with mild left paracentyral disc protrusion at D11-D12 level and minimal posterior disc bulge at D10-D11 level. Medicine taking Istamate 50/500 for sugar and Ciplar 40 for heart beat. Plz advice treatment / medicine for relief.
