I am aged about 49yr female. Severe pain in legs unable to walk And sit specially at joints ...........

Toe is swollen, gray, and cannot put pressure on it. I do not know what to do about is! Please help me!

I am again having same problem. Can you pl provide the medicine for same. Also I am traveling to Leh in first week should I carry it?

I suffered from an ankle inversion and sprained my ankle. Both of the sides of my ankle (lateral & medial) have swollen. Now, there is minimal swelling. Is it normal to feel pain when I try to stretch my ankle to its old range of motion bec I kinda lost it? And also is it possible to injure medial ligaments when I had an ankle inversion?

I have a degenerative disc desease L3-L4,L3-L4,L5-S1 and compressing my nerve roots. Recently I m suffering from a sciatica pain in my right hip, buttock, and leg. And as a result of it I am not able to walk, sneeze, cough,and sit for a long time.kindly suggest me to what treatment should I prefer instead of going for operative of spinal surgery.
