Bone & Muscle problems

I had Waist pain for last 3 days. from yesterday that pain Spread on right leg. now i feel like if i walk or stand for long, my leg gets numb.

I am 22 yrs old men.My height is 157cm and weight is 70kg.My hand shears when I have hunger.I don't smoke.I can't concentrate on my work due to hunger.Is it due to overweight?But when my weight was 55 kg,at that time my hands were also sheared due to hunger.But I talked with my overweight people and people who smokes.They don't have such problem.Also when I lift weight or do physical activity,after that my hands shears.Also when I heard a big noise or when I quarrel with someone or argue with someone my hands started shearing and there is change is my voice and my heart bits started increasing.Is it a thyroid problem? My mother has also a problem of thyroid.

I fell of my bike about a week ago and the handle bars smashed to the right of my groin and obviously created a bruise. The bruise is still here now, and has become quite hard and yellowish?

Pain in left side of lumbar,both arms ,neck,shooting pain in left leg, high B-P,Food choking, pulse gets high if i over works as well pain in both arms,neck and back increases same time.

I want to know if my ankle is good enough to play on or not. It hurts me when pressure is applied and hurts when I run for a long time. I play soccer. And it happened when I was running I stepped sideways and I heard a pop. I had a accident 3 years back due to which I had to get a plate on my femur bone , and for the last 3-4 months it is causing frequent pain in the knee . So should I get it removed . And is there any good months for the operations ? If so which one? And how many days do I have to get bed rest after surgery? And how much time to recover fully?

My ankle in the right foot hurts at particular angles and gets swollen frequently, it subsides on ice application but reoccurs after some walking.
