I am 20 years old and suffering from upper back pain it has been 20 days now and first the pain started from lower back and now it is in upper back

I was stretching this morning when all of the sudden my back and my chest area started to hurt, to where I couldn't get out of bed. Hurts to lift my arms, or twist my back, hurts really bad when I take a deep breath. Did I just pull something in my back or do I need to go to the ER? Never had this happened to me before and I'm only 25 years old.
