ACL tear in my right knee
Hello,
recently on march 27th i met with an accident and my right knee was injued, i though it was just a swelling and tied it up with crape bandage fo a week, the swelling did not reduce and i did an mri scan in which the report said ACL ligment tear. and immediately i started wearing knee immobilizer and knee braces all day long. my question is,
