It pains severely in my lower back whenever I try to bend. I am not sure what is it, but it happens right near my waist. Please Help.

Does your pain go down the legs?
How did the pain start?
First of all stop bending forward
If pain is going down the legs stop bending forward completely
I would suggest you to Lisbon your stomach with elbow propped up
