Have pain in the middle joint of the backbone in the hip area .when I get up after sitting for sometime have pain while getting up in the joint find it painful to get up

I have a Spine hairline fracture & muscular spasm during a road accident last Sunday. Wanted to enquire about physiotheropy..

I recently had X-RAY of my knees and I was diagnosed with decreased knees joint cartilage and knock knees. I am doing exercises which include strengthening and stretching exercises. Please suggest me some natural remedies to maintain and even increase knee joint cartilage.

As I have a pain on my leg bone just below knee and white pimple also occur on the same point.the pain seems to be very high . I even can't bend my leg and the white pimple is severe more painfull .

I am 22 yrs old men.My height is 157cm and weight is 70kg.My hand shears when I have hunger.I don't smoke.I can't concentrate on my work due to hunger.Is it due to overweight?But when my weight was 55 kg,at that time my hands were also sheared due to hunger.But I talked with my overweight people and people who smokes.They don't have such problem.Also when I lift weight or do physical activity,after that my hands shears.Also when I heard a big noise or when I quarrel with someone or argue with someone my hands started shearing and there is change is my voice and my heart bits started increasing.Is it a thyroid problem? My mother has also a problem of thyroid.
