I twisted my ankle some 4 yrs back while playing football. Since then it gets twisted now and then. It's on the inner side of the foot. I thought it will get fine on its own, But now the other foot also got twisted on the outer side nd I hv to be careful even while walking because one of the two might hurt again. I can't focus on anything.

For the last 6 to 9 months I have been facing a problem in my lower back portion.Its been increasing day by day.When I rest in bed facing the chest and at the time of waking up it feels immense pain in the back. N.B:9-10 years back I had fell from about 6-7 feet height facing my back part and got sence less for 2-3 seconds.

I've got a numb sensation on the top of my right foot. I've had it for about 2 days. It affects the last 3 toes. When I touch it there is sensation but not as much as there should be. There is blood going to the foot and it is warm. What could it be?
