Bone & Muscle problems

There's a lot of pain in my mom's knee joints because of which she's not able to walk properly. There's swelling on the knees as well. This typically happens to her during winter times. What steps needs to be taken to diagnose the same?

I had avn and the doctor did core decompression for that. The doctor did only the drill part and I have read on internet that it is followed with bone grafting. What should I do. Will the drill in the bone will get filled naturally or should I talk this to the doctor.

I had a while back sprained my ankle was taking care of it myself by doing balm massage and putting a bandage on it a while back it seemed to have recovered but now the pain has again erupted. It cause pain when I try working out can u please suggest as to what type of doctor should I see.

I play volleyball and I landed on my foot badly (inversion) and injured my ankle about 3 weeks ago. It immediately swelled and the next day there's bruising on the lateral & medial part of the ankle. As of today, the lateral part doesn't hurt anymore although there's still minimal swelling. But the medial part still hurts & little bit of swelling
