Hi , I am IT professional and having 8-9 hours working. I have problem of stiffness in my back and back side of neck.stiffness is much higher when i wake up in morning( 8/10) and once i indulge in my daily routine it reduced 6/10 but still i felt the pain when i move by back and neck for daily exercise and stretching during working hours.
