Back pain, right side lower back
I have a lower back pain regularly small due to disc bulge , but few days back suddenly when I was bent sevier back pain, and buttock pain came so that I couldn't sit and stand. What are the causes and remedies. Is it related to disc or muscle ,

It's classical slip disc issue, u need to rest for few days and consult a spine surgeon for prognosis and treatment modalities
