Bone & Muscle problems

I have been severely restricting calories for 4 weeks,but I'm not under weight I dropped from 85kgs to 65kgs I'm 5'5 in that 4 weeks, I abuse laxatives but now I'm tired all the time but the constant burning in my back muscles is awful, it does not subside no matter how I sit or lie, is this due to malnutrition and what causes this how do I stop it

I have been suffering from shoulder pain since last 4 months . It happened while working out in gym. I have tried treating it with ice packs but it's not helping .
