I twisted my right knee last dec.There wasnt much swelling but there was pain.Consulted an orthopedic on march and did mri Grade-1 tear involving femoral attachment site of acl Anterior horn of lateral meniscus shows vertical tearof 4mm Strain in mcl He didnt say Nythng abt surgery there is still lil pain.Should i go for surgery?Wont it heal?

I cut my hand on a Stanley knife on Friday I had 3 stitches in & a dressing put on, I can move my thumb however since then my thumb is numb & the cut itself & just under it causes a electric shock type pain, I don't want to waste anyone's time if this is normal but am concerned that maybe I had done some damage to my nerve.

After doing pushups got swelling on my wrist and since then its paining ...its been a week the pain is there..wrist movement causes pain
