Good Mng Sir My self jagdish and Age 26.....my right leg knee has been paining for 6 mnth . in starting my problem is not more.........from one week i am suffering more pain in right leg knee only ...and all body and joint is good and there is no problem....when i go to toilet and seatin indian toilet stand after 5-10 mintues , knee pain ,remedy
