Bone & Muscle problems

During morning work outs there was change of exercise and some new weight lifting methods were introduces of apprx 175kgs

I have left shoulder and neck pain .I have bee suffering from this pain since three months.i have consulted Ortho specialist​s also and taken MRI scan and x-ray.they suggested some exercises but not finding relief.

Grand father is suffering from elbow pain.i have attested x-ray and what is that appropriate solution for cure.in my previous querie I have not attested .I these I have attested.is surgical or medicine route is correct

My right leg always has more tension after gym workout, I can see that the glute muscles of right leg are tighter or shorter than the left. Have been doing physio, side leg raises squats lunges but the effect is not visible. After workout the strain gets centered around the knee.

My leg bone (area below the calf muscle and above the ankle) feels weak and keep hurting a lot specially in winter, if my leg comes in contact with the cold surface it feels kind of frozen and hurts even more.

I am having pain in my lower back & on my sitting area. Basically the pain is on on left side and it's been there for 3 months now. Earlier the pain was less and was not continued every day. I used to feel relieved on some days without any medication. But now the pain is unbearable and it is every second increasing. Please help. I don't know which type doctor I should visit.
