My elbow is dislocated by RTA in 7-4-2017 but elbow is not in there place after surgery because my elbow is dislocated in my childhood time. Doctor say that your case is completed because we didn't know that my elbow fix in which position. After surgery K wair is remove But my hand is not working properly and elbow is dislocated now. No any changes in before and after surgery. What I can do?

My mother is around 70 yrs old. she is suffering from joint pain. Now a days swelling observed in her foot. She is also having diabetis & blood pressure for which she is taking medicine. After checking it was also found her Hb% is 8%. After checing blood report ESR found higher side i,e > 100. So please prescribe medicine for her.
