I am suffering from severe back pain and doctor advised me to spine x-ray and in x-ray result Spina Bifida seen at L5 S1 level. Then doctor advised me for MRI and in MRI report desiccation is noted at l5-s1. Disc generative desease with disc bulge at L5 S1 level

Right hand shoulder and a groin pain is irritating me groin pain is from 3 weeks and shoulder pain is from 7 months so is there any cure for this ?

I had a fall during playing football in college..from that day only it started..now the pain is back again after around 6-7 months

I have knee pain from last year my doctor suggest me to do MRI of my right knee after that MRI the result was grade 3 tear of posterior horn meniscus many doctors says you wants artho scopy but i dont want any surgery it can be repair by any medicine or exersise
