Hi, m very much Fitness freak, Do regular excercise, Noticing from last two months, my left hand joint is paining during workout, Iam not sure it's paining around in a bone or muscle, I was taking easy and took few multi vitamin tablets... But nothing happened in my favour yet.... Have stopped those excercises which gives more pain.... Need suggestions thank you!!
