Right hip flexor in a lot of pain

Asked for Female, 13 Years

I have had a bad pain in my right hip flexor whenever i lift it but i can still walk fine. i haven't tried ice or heat yet but i will do anything to help it because i have a sand volleyball tournament tomorrow that i have to be at.
