Iam 18 year old boy and 162 cm taller.How can i increase my height .please suggest any powder or medicine.please don't say the usall things?

Last week we had a cricket match . When i was trying to make a run . while running i faced a hamstring pull in my left leg.

Whenever I do work with my hands and puts pressure on my wrist it pains badly. I feel it might be my wrong posture of my hands while I use laptop.

I am having heel pain constantly through out the day, and its high at night. Also slight pain in the sole ( a line through 2nd toe nail). I am using doctors soul flat footwear

From last 6 months I am having slight pain in knee joint especially when I drive due to repeatedly​ applying clutch and brake. Now it is increasing day by day. I haven't visited any doctor till now. My vitamin D ( 25-OH VITAMIN D TOTAL) is very low, which is 8.23 ng/ml. Pls suggest should I go for any orthopedic doctor or any other suggestions for me.

I have been having shoulders and neck pains. Consulted doctors and took medicine and ex-ray. One Dr. said nerve damage and other said because tension. Hoever now the pain increased and some time is seivier with back side of shoulders and joints.

As i discussed earlier..My father is suffering from leg pain for many months .MRI report has been taken now..i want to know what is the problem and whether Operation has to be done or it can be cured by medicine? He has only short distance walk problem other than that he doesn't have bladder problem or numbmess of weakness limb. I therefore have attached the MRI report.

Hi I have been having calf and leg pains.. And few months back... On my legs green color veins starting appearing.. I don't know why this is happened..it also in some other area of my body ... I have seen that it is now less but still present on back of legs but still present . Let me know what should i do to cure this problem.

Severe Pain near back neck and upper back on movement of body. No past history of spondilities. Had throat infection two days back and am on antibiotics.
