Having pain in wrist and finger
Having pain in wrist and finger of one hand From last 2-3 days.Specially in night time .not sure if it is due to some kind of deficiency. Could u please suggest which kind of medicine or which test can help in finding the root cause of the issue .

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water.
