Care AI Shimmer
Your problem is cervical ( neck) related . It's is very common in desk job workers. A Physiotherapist should be able to help you . In long term taking frequent breaks (ie. every half an hour ) getting up from walking in between is a must. Correct chair and computer alignment is also very imp. Kindly visit a Physiotherapist preferably Mckenzie (MDT) trained.Tc.
