Neck, Right Arm pain
3 weeks ago, I experienced neck pain, which improved with medication. Now, I’m pain-free during most activities, including sitting or working. However, when I lie down, I start feeling pain in my neck, my right arm, specifically in the triceps and extending to the elbow. Could you kindly suggest what steps I should take?

Hello.Presently you are having pain at rest radiating to arm.It may be due to a slipped disc in cervical spine (neck).
Next Steps
No cause for alarm yet.Best possible next step is to visit an Orthopaedic Surgeon for a proper clinical evaluation. All the best.

The pain which you suffered 3 weeks was in neck and now you have pain radiating to arm. It can be caused by a slipped disc pressing onto one of your nerves. It is advisable to get it checked clinically by an orthopedic doctor nearby your home.
