I am suffering from knee joint pain from last 2/to 3 month. I faced an accident in the year 2002 and because of that and also now doctor said that liquid amount is very less.

Did you suffer any fracture of the knee?? At 34 years of age the reason for knee pain needs to be seen. Kindly post the x ray of the injured knee.
