Suffering from severe pain in left leg .

Since last 7Days I am suffering from severe leg pain in left leg, it starts from lower back and goes through hip and thigh to knee joints. Some times it becomes so severe I become unable to walk and immediately seat down . I am feeling pain continuously 24x 7 some time it becomes severe . Please suggest which Doctor I should consult, Ortho or
