I am lean but I feel healthy
I am little bit lean but I feel healthy. i didn't get any health issues. So I am expecting to get good muscle and look.

Daily drink two spoon of wooden crush sesame oil in empty stomach. Daily eat protein food pulses like chana,etc in morning.
